Ágnes Répászky was born in Budapest.
She attended the St Stephen’s Conservatoire in Budapest under the guidance of Prof. Gábor Pongrácz.
She continued her studies with Prof. Thomas Riebl and Prof. Veronika Hagen at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg and with Prof. Vladimir Mendelssohn at the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen.&
She was a scholarship holder of the Schleswig-Holstein Festival Orchestra and the Ensemble Villa Musica.
Even whilst still a student, she performed with the Camerata Salzburg; in 2004, she became a member of the orchestra.
She has performed with ensembles such as the Filarmonica della Scala, the Hessian Radio Symphony Orchestra and the Bamberg Symphony Orchestra.
She teaches viola and chamber music at the Béla Bartók Conservatoire in Budapest.

Describe CAMERATA in three words in your native language!
Sándor Végh, original, primal force.
What significance does classical music hold in today’s world?
To consciously experience the beauty of the moment (even when it hurts), to be able to connect our minds and souls with eternal truth.
If Mozart were still alive, what would you like to say to him?
I would embrace him without saying a word.
What does ‘good ensemble playing’ mean to you?
Good ensemble playing is when you can sense the others precisely without having to look at them constantly.
What do you find particularly appealing about the CAMERATA Salzburg?
The appeal lies in achieving the right sound and the constant quest to find it.
