2026/27 season – Listen more, hate less

As always, you can look forward to a season brimming with artistic diversity. For the first time, we welcome Vox Luminis, one of the world’s leading vocal ensembles, with its artistic director Lionel Meunier. Together with Julian Prégardien, we continue our journey of discovery through the world of Schubert. In addition, the programme features works that have never before been heard in our concerts, as well as a world premiere composed especially for the CAMERATA by the Swedish composer Lisa Streich. But the programme also includes the great classics. Alongside our artistic partner Janine Jansen, we are delighted to welcome conductor Finnegan Downie Dear, Chopin Prize winner Yulianna Avdeeva and many more as our guests.
And to round it all off, there’ll be a celebration! Our anniversary week in June 2027 invites you to join us in celebrating 75 years of CAMERATA Salzburg and to engage deeply with the concept of “listening”. You can look forward to two concerts in quick succession: a request concert in an intimate CAMERATA setting and a festive anniversary concert featuring our artistic partners, as well as a colourful array of ‘birthday presents’ – from chamber music to culinary delights and talk events, exhibitions and surprising concert formats.
